To continue to progress the dialogue and interaction between primary and acute clinicians arising from the Adelaide PHN and CALHN GP /Hospital Consultants workshop held in June, we will be holding another session with GPs in central metropolitan Adelaide and CALHN hospital Consultants.
This interactive session needs your input to build on the previous discussion and further develop collaborative action.
