Flinders Human Behaviour and Health Research Unit (FHBHRU) has developed MI/Health Behaviour Change workshop content that is evidence-based and that integrates theory with practice. The workshop content is interactive and provides multiple opportunities for participants to practice skills in a supportive environment with experienced facilitators providing feedback throughout. The workshop content provides demonstrations and practice of effective strategies based on real-world cases to enhance workforce skills in supporting behaviour change in general practice.
