Course in Immunisation practice in Primary Healthcare (10754NAT), is designed to provide students (clinicians) with the specific skills and knowledge that will enable them to perform a range of comprehensive services and remain up-to-date with current programs, changes, and requirements relevant to their scope of practice. The course includes online theory modules and a half-day face-to-face workshop where students will be equipped with demo doses, injection pads and dummies to practice the reconstitution and administration of vaccines, cradling techniques for infants and the development of immunisation catch-ups.
Suitable for GPs, registered nurses and enrolled nurses.
