Learn how to report on the new PIP QI Improvement Measures using CAT4 and how to take action using Topbar and CAT4 at your practice.
Learning Outcomes:
- Be familiar with a number of the improvement measures and how to report on them using CAT4
- Participants will be shown how CAT Plus can assist and inform quality improvement activities
- Create Topbar prompts based on the criteria for the improvement measures so that action can be taken when patients are present at the practice
- Know how to find more resources on CAT Plus and PIP QI
