Adolescent mental and emotional health can include depression, self-harm, grief and loss, eating disorders, suicidality – just to name a few. This session will assist you to identify a variety of mental health problems in Adolescence, identify potential causal factors contributing to mental health concerns and adapt cognitive and behavioural strategies.
This session aims to bring clinicians together from different sectors to encourage shared learning, a better understanding of roles and responsibilities, to support a more integrated service delivery system.
Suitable for GPs, allied health professionals, hospital doctors, nurses, LHN staff and mental health service providers.
