Adelaide PHN invites you to join Leap SA for an information and demonstration session on Tai Chi for GPs, facilitated by the Tai Chi for Health Institute founder, Dr Paul Lam.
Tai Chi benefits anyone who practices, and it is especially beneficial for older people, people with joint pain, stiffness or stress. Dr Paul Lam (a GP himself) is a long term advocate for Tai Chi education for other GPs to pass on to their patients – or practice themselves.
