Immunisation support
The Champion Nurse Immunisation Program provides support and mentoring to immunisation providers and the wider Adelaide metropolitan community. The Adelaide PHN commissions the delivery of this program to Health and Immunisation Management Services (HAIMS).
HAIMS are able to respond to enquires over the phone, provide counselling for vaccine hesitancy, deliver outreach education and vaccination for vulnerable population groups, and mentoring for practice nurses, and pharmacists.
