The Real Care Toolkit website is a dedicated resource to help you embed trauma and healing informed care in aged care.

It includes a guided verification process to make the path to verification practical and attainable, outlining how you can meet the criteria of the verification in achievable steps. The process has been developed using co-designed resources, and after piloting the materials in residential aged care services across the country.

Everything is free - training, templates, guidance - and is available for you to use as is appropriate to your organisational context.

The toolkit also includes Remember Me Now, a seven-part video series featuring people with lived experience that invites you to listen, to understand, and to recognise the impact of a childhood shaped by institutional care.
