Commissioning Now: Adelaide PHN’s Youth Enhanced Service

Adelaide PHN is pleased to announce the commissioning of the Youth Enhanced Service (YES).
Adelaide PHN is inviting proposals from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to deliver the services within the Adelaide metropolitan region commencing from 1 July 2023.
Proposals will be welcomed from all organisations that have the capacity and capability, and to deliver the services whether private not-for-profit and private for profit. Independent or joint (consortium, partnership, or joint venture) proposals from any such organisations are welcomed.
The project aims to improve the mental health of young people aged between 12 and 25 in underserviced Local Government Areas in South Australia who experience greater mental health-related complexity.
For the purposes of this project, complex mental health is defined as a young person experiencing severe symptoms and significant problems with functioning, including
risk of harm, co-existing conditions, and functional impairment.
The successful applicant(s) will be expected to commence delivery of the service from 1 July 2023, with establishment/transition activities prior to this.
