Commissioning of Head to Health Northern Center Project

Adelaide PHN is commissioning Head to Health Northern Center Project to improve mental health outcomes in Adelaide’s northern suburbs within the City of Playford and City of Salisbury Local Government Associations.
The project aims to help people who may be experiencing distress or crisis or mental health conditions that are too complex for many existing primary care services. It will also include people who are ineligible or who need more timely care than that available from state or territory’s public community mental health services.
Private, public, or not-for-profit organisations can submit independent or joint (consortium, partnership or joint venture) proposals if they have the capacity and capability to deliver the services.
Applications close at 14:00pm ACST or ACDT Friday, 27 February 2023.
The successful applicant(s) will be expected to commence delivery of the service from 1 July 2023, with establishment/transition activities prior to this.
