Mental Health Redesign: Stakeholder and Lived Experience Consultation 2021

Mental Health Redesign: Stakeholder and Lived Experience Consultation 2021

*This announcement was updated on Monday 20 September 2021.

Adelaide PHN is currently redesigning its primary mental health care services for the Adelaide region that will be commissioned and implemented for the period from July 2022 to June 2025, excluding youth mental health programs, mental health in residential aged care facilities programs, psychosocial support programs, Indigenous specific programs, and community based suicide prevention programs.

As part of this process, we are now seeking to consult with a broad range of stakeholders and people with lived experience of mental health to better understand the gaps and opportunities within the primary mental health care service delivery model; and design a service that is person centred and best meets the needs of people within the region.

We invite you to participate in the Mental Health Redesign Stakeholder and Lived Experience Consultation 2021

Focus groups will be held in October with mental health commissioned service providers, clinicians, Adelaide PHN membership, peak bodies, people with a lived experience and carers.

Please note the survey closes 5pm Monday 27 September.

Please refer to this announcement for more information about this recommissioning process.
