Procurement Process Completed for Northern Adelaide Head to Health Centre

Adelaide PHN is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed the procurement process for commissioning the Northern Adelaide Head to Health Centre for the period from October 2023 to June 2025.
Sonder has been selected as the commissioned service provider for the Northern Adelaide Head to Health Centre.
The Northern Adelaide Head to Health Centre aims to improve the mental health outcomes in Adelaide's northern suburbs.
The centre will provide a welcoming, low stigma, soft entry point to support people experiencing distress, crisis, or mental health conditions that are too complex for many existing primary care services.
The centre will also offer immediate, short, and medium-term support and service navigation to connect people to ongoing services. It will assist people in times of crisis or as needs emerge, to have access to on-the-spot care, advice, and support without needing a prior appointment.
Sonder commenced establishing the centre in October 2023 and services are expected to begin in Elizabeth CBD in April 2024.
