Following the success of our recent CALHN GP/Hospital Consultant Workshop, Adelaide PHN is partnering with NALHN and SALHN continue engagement with local providers and discuss opportunities to improve the relationship between primary and acute care.
Adelaide PHN, NALHN and SALHN invite GPs and Hospital Consultants working in the northern and southern regions of Adelaide to attend the following workshops -
