This 2-part webinar provides practitioners with an overview of the chronic disease needs of people living with HIV and aims to increase the capacity of the primary care workforce to engage in HIV management.
Topics covered include current HIV treatment in Australia, managing people living with HIV through chronic illness and ageing, creating an effective GP Management Plan based on national guidelines, and how to increase effectiveness of shared HIV care with specialist colleagues.
The webinar will be ran across two information sessions.
