Long COVID and Other viruses: recognising the signs and symptoms of post viral syndromes in community pharmacy

This webinar will prepare South Australian pharmacists to better support patients who experience post COVID-19 syndrome, also known as “long COVID”.
This digital workshop will equip community pharmacists with skills to recognise the signs and symptoms of long COVID, appropriate self-management strategies to offer to patients about, as well as how to recognise when referral may be required. Additionally, the workshop will highlight how long COVID can be differentiated from other viruses that commonly cause ongoing syndromes (e.g. polio, Ross River) in order for health advice to be individualised.
This session will be an interactive workshop allowing you to ask your questions of our expert(s) and fellow pharmacists to learn from their experiences and become more confident in responding COVID-19 related workplace challenges.
