SALHN GP/Hospital Consultants Round Table Workshop

Following on from the Adelaide PHN GP Round Tables earlier in the year, GPs identified a need to improve the relationship between acute and primary care, Adelaide PHN is working in partnership with the metropolitan Local Health Networks (LHNs) to hold workshops in each LHN area.
Adelaide PHN and SALHN now invite Southern GPs and SALHN Hospital Consultants to a Workshop on 15 October 2019.
Using Enzyme methodology, this workshop aims to:
- facilitate meaningful engagement between hospital consultants and GPs
- identify issues and opportunities to facilitate improved communication and patient care
- identify ongoing forums to discuss clinical issues
- prioritise areas for action to improve the relationship between acute and primary care
Suitable for GPs and Hospital Consultants in the southern regions of Adelaide.
