The Western Wellbeing Hub by Sonder
The Western Wellbeing Hub by Sonder offers a range of free mental health services to improve wellbeing. Services include psychological therapy, counselling, peer coaching, service navigation, clinical care coordination for people experiencing chronic and complex conditions, parenting groups and clinical suicide prevention services for people who are suitable for a primary care environment. Professional staff will match peoples needs with the right care for them using a no wrong door approach.
Referral Information
- Referrals received directly or via the Head to Health assessment and phone.
- This service is run from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. Please call on 08 8209 0700 for more information.
- Mental health treatment plans are required for counselling, structured psychological therapy and clinical care coordination.
